Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

As all LemonShark products are limited edition releases, we do not offer monetary refunds. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at lemonsharkstore@gmail.com with photo documentation. In such cases, the same item will be reshipped to you at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at lemonsharkstore@gmail.com.
